“My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon at TallGrass! The spa has a gorgeous mountain location with views of snowy peaks and wildlife, delicious lunch options, and fabulous services. My friend said it was the best facial she had ever experienced. My massage with Kristi was excellent, and made me feel like a new woman. Nancy took excellent care of us during lunch. Worth the trip for some wonderful pampering, will go again! Make sure you try the hot tea in the fireplace room while you relax. ☕️”

“I had a delightful day at the Littleton Woodhouse! My 50 min massage with Kristi was very relaxing and she was responsive to my requests. The relaxation room is peaceful and comfortable. I love all of the natural light and the big pine trees outside. I was offered a complimentary mimosa. I had read in reviews that those had been removed from the spa, so I was happy to discover that they’ve been added back. The relaxation room also has some packaged snack mixes, nuts, and fresh fruit, along with hot tea and fruit-infused water. No more Nespresso machine, but I think coffee is available by request. The new sandals are more comfortable than the previous ones. Members of the staff were professional and accommodating. After reading some recent negative reviews online, I was very relieved to enjoy the Littleton Woodhouse just as much as I have in the past.”

“It was my first time going here. I loved the relaxing environment. My daughter and I both got our nails done. They did amazing for my daughter. But for me unfortunately I have had to go back the very next day and then again the day after that. My dip is cracking I’m thinking they are too thin or something else is the matter. I always get dip and this is the first time this has happened. I sit now with 3 more cracked nails and I give up! I feel I’ve wasted my money.”

“Kelly is Great! VERY precise and thorough with dip powder manicure on natural nail. Easy to get an appointment the day of, I just call that day and usually within 15 mins to an hour I can get in. Well staffed, lots of stations and very clean atmosphere, lots of unique color options. Complimentary alcohol drink and other options. They do love playing Taylor Swift, which isn't my kind of music, so I may just start bringing my own earbuds, no problem. Nice calm cloud painted scene inside. Lots of easy parking outside.”

“dip nails were applied extremely thick to the point where they were sticking to her gloves- were filed down a decent amount but hard to get nails even when they start off thick. no cuticle work done before, so nails look relatively unclean/ like they are already grown out. 15 minutes in and we were already more than halfway into the dip. went back to get them filed down two days after and possibly get the cuticle area/sides fixed, but felt as though my concerns were dismissed, and was relatively uncomfortable to be back. was told that it was so thick because the color (funny bunny) would’ve been see through, and also because i had tips added...totally understandable but felt that the unevenness/thickness could’ve been less so. she filled one of my nails to the cuticle with the clear dip - instead of the color- and it ended up looking worse, so i just let it go and left the other nails alone. i understand that this isn’t a professional nail technician, but do feel the price was not worth the service- if it was $40-50 I think it would’ve been more reasonable. I paid $70, and still tipped $12 :/ will say i’ve had a decent experience here the first time i came, but do think it’s worth it to do your research on techs”

Service is by appointment only, which means that the shop is organized and runs smoothly. Our experience at other shops was that even with appointments there could be delays from "squeezing in" walk ins. This has never happened to us here - I highly recommend Ruby Nails!”

“Highly disappointed with my experience today. I’ve gotten my hair done here once before by Jackie and I absolutely loved it. This time, everything was fine when I arrived but quickly went downhill! I scheduled for a closure sew in with one person and was informed that she would not be doing my service, but instead someone else that I didn’t book with. I was not told until after I was already washed and braided; by then it was too late. This was extremely upsetting due to the fact that there’s a specific portion of booking that ask who you would like, or if anyone is fine. On top of that, the deposit is half of the cost of the service to be rendered in most cases. Why pay such a high amount to book and be told you aren’t getting what you paid for? I am not entirely impressed with my hair either, as it took a long time to complete (over 5 hours including washing and braiding) and the style looks very unnatural. This isn’t due to the type of hair I provided, which is what I was told, but the lack of experience or knowledge, etc. I’ve used similar products and brands of hair with other beauticians and it’s never been an issue. I had high expectations of the salon but it was unfortunately short lived with the lack of professionalism and integrity. I hope this changes in the future to give new clients the experience advertised.”

I really like that the nail instruments are opened in front of you from the clean packaging. Also fantastic prices. I have been going here for over a year. “I got dip powder nails on my natural nail bed. It took her an hour and half to complete. I was already starting to get frustrated at how painfully slow she was doing my nails that after an hour and my dip powder finally coated, I politely told her I needed to get going in ten minutes. She then picked up to normal speed. The reason I'm leaving a bad review is it has only been 24 hours and the dip powder has fallen off my nails. Complete waste of my time and money. Update now has been 48 hours and 3 more powder coating has fallen off. This makes no sense, the last place I went to get dip powder it lasted a month. Pure nail bar must be using some kind of severely deluted bonding agent.”
