At the end of the appointment I paid with a credit card and after swiping it, she literally shoved it into my wallet and walked out the door. 1 day later my gel manicure started chopping & 1 week later & my gel is peeling. Would not recommend.”

“I have been visiting this salon for 2 years and I will not come back. Over the last two visits the quality of the work had declined (e.g., nail chipping quickly). Regardless I kept coming back. Today I had an appointment and my technician decided to leave me and go work with a walk in because “she was her client”. After 25-30 minutes of waiting with my nails wrapped in acetone and with no acknowledgment of when I was going to be taken care off (as everyone else was busy) I removed the wrapping decided to leave. It is not ok to treat people this way.”

This employee gave me no time to finish what I was doing and obnoxiously kept asking me to take it off. Once I finished, I complied. This took seconds. I don’t appreciate how it was made a bigger issue then it actually was (it wasn’t), and the whole interaction just felt weird to me. If I spoke up, I feel that would’ve been a problem too. Her demeanor was incredibly defensive, disrespectful, and rude. This was right before close. Not welcoming at all. Everyone else has been cool, she was before this too.”

“Annette was attentive and did a great job with my color. The front desk staff were amazing as well. My hair cut looked great, however, my experience - not so much. To begin, Stephanie had me wait over 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I have no issue with this, and she clearly was running behind. However, she took about 15 minutes to cut and style, then I was sent out the door. Kind of had an attitude with me too when I mentioned that I don’t style my hair often and that I was looking for recommendations for products when air drying. A simple “our products work best with heat/blow dryer” would’ve worked just fine. Instead I got the exact opposite and felt reprimanded. An easy fix for this would've been taking an extra 5 minutes to curl my hair (my hair is thin and short) , or taking $20 off the bill or something. I paid nearly $300 to this place including tip and I completely regret it and will not be returning.”
