“I'm not sure what I experienced at this "salon" but it was not a manicure. I was in the place a total of 15mins; that's including drying my natural polish. Nothing was a manicure at all. Never soaked my hands, cleaned up my nails, or massaged my hands with lotion. Basically filed my nails and polished. All the implements he had were dirty. Filthy to be exact. The brush he gave me to wash my hands with, had black moldy areas growing on the bristles. You can see through the polish on my nails and its gritty in texture. Because he used very little polish to paint them. Not smooth like when I do them myself. The polish looks like a toddler did it. I'm very disappointed and this cost me 30.00. When I called the OWNER was extremely rude. Will never set foot in the place again. I'm praying I don't get an infection from the equipment. Wow what a pathetic nail business. No wonder there was no wait. Could have done way better myself.”

“Honestly, not worth it at all for the price. I wanted to give this place a second chance after my first bad experience. I walked in asking for an acrylic set. Once I was sat down, I told the tech that I wanted square nails that were very sharp and cleaned up because often whenever I get square they make them more roundish at the tips, she confirmed back to me but never ended up sharpening them or really shaping them at all. While applying the nails, a few were crooked so I mentioned this immediately as to not waste anyone’s time and was told it would be fixed after the acrylic was on. When my nails were cut they were not at all checked to make sure the length was the same on both sides or even next to each other . The length I wanted was way shorter than what I ended up receiving .As the acrylic is being applied, it was put on in way too thick of a blob. I figured once again it would be sanded down so didn’t say anything and it never was. not only that but acrylic was left on my skin even after I left and paid. While shaving off the slightest amount of acrylic my cuticles got injured as I got burned like 3 times. I came midday but felt rushed like someone coming in before close. I paid 87 before tip even just for nails that look like they could have been better done by someone fresh out of cosmetology school. I didn’t even bother asking for a fix with how many problems that were occurring because I shouldn’t and do not want to have to tell someone how to do their job. I know it could have been worse but still doesn’t make it fair to customers who willingly spend this much every few weeks to pay for a service.”

From her vibe to her work ethic I was able to leave Penzone with a completely new look and a friend! She was extremely thorough as I literally showed her a few pictures of what I was aiming for and she made it happen. If you’re looking for quality work, professional atmosphere and overall a good time go stop and see her. You will come out feeling like a new, refreshed woman. “My extensions were so bad. I got them done and my husband was even saying “babe, they look so bad, you cannot wear those to the wedding.” I wrote the stylist and came in a day or two later and she said “it’s how you are styling it” “tease more” “use more product” when in reality the consultation she did was horrible and my hair was too fine for these. I ended up going home and almost cried and then used pliers with my sisters help to take them all out myself. The girls here are not trained enough to be doing thousand dollar services, ESPECIALLY FOR weddings. This was a two years ago but when people talk about extensions I still explicitly tell them to avoid this place and my sister is getting married soon and she said I should leave a review even tho it’s been a while bc she’s been reading reviews looking for extensions for her wedding and said I could really save someone a lot of money and sadness! “i got charged $120 for a set of gel-x nails with relatively simple art and it took 2.5 hours for them to be done. there's a TON of glue under the nails making them super chunky, the shape is pretty uneven, the base coat is splotchy, and the art is nice but not as neat as it could've been. for that amount and that length of time i just expect so much more. bummer because the people there were nice, i was just less than thrilled with my service.”

“I received a gift certificate for a massage that I was super excited to use since i had heard such great things about Sacred Hour and ended up booking towards the end of the summer. As soon as my service started, the masseuse started to trauma dump on me for the entire hour about her ex and a situation she saw on her phone when she checked it right before my massage. Was the most unrelaxing hour I could have had. She continued to apologize throughout about telling me all of what had happened but then continued to talk about it, it was just very unprofessional and would be very hesitant to rebook a service here for fear of that happening again. I wish that I didn’t have to tip on the service when checking in since that ended up being my experience. 2 stars since the atmosphere inside the spa was very pretty.”

“My daughter and I had a girls' day and went to get nails and pedicures. Everyone was very friendly. Lots of smiles all around. The pedicures were amazing. They never last long enough, but they were still amazing. 😊 Both of our nails came out great, but my nail tech kept nicking my cuticles. Nothing serious, but enough to make me twinge. I also have very deep nail beds from biting my nails as a kid, so I can't say it's entirely her fault. I know they can be difficult to deal with. Otherwise, extremely satisfied, will be going back, and would highly recommend. 10/10!”
