My nail tech made it very clear that she was in a rush to go home & frankly made me feel like an inconvenience. At the end of the appointment I paid with a credit card and after swiping it, she literally shoved it into my wallet and walked out the door. 1 day later my gel manicure started chopping & 1 week later & my gel is peeling. Would not recommend.”

“I have been visiting this salon for 2 years and I will not come back. Over the last two visits the quality of the work had declined (e.g., nail chipping quickly). Regardless I kept coming back. Today I had an appointment and my technician decided to leave me and go work with a walk in because “she was her client”. After 25-30 minutes of waiting with my nails wrapped in acetone and with no acknowledgment of when I was going to be taken care off (as everyone else was busy) I removed the wrapping decided to leave. It is not ok to treat people this way.”

“I've been to Revive several times, so this last trip was disappointing. The salon is under renovation, which is fine, but was not disclosed at the time of booking. I would have changed my service knowing that the pedicure experience would not be what it normally is. At the end of the day, it was a fine experience until my nails started chipping and peeling just over a week after getting a no-chip manicure. Disappointing experience and I canceled my next visit.”

“Went in last night around 6:30 when they close at 7. I’m so thankful they took me in; no appointment. I waited some time, but I expected it because of the holiday. I went in having no idea what I wanted. I wanted Christmas nails but also New Years. As I waited, I searched Google religiously and ended up wanting a mixture of 3 pictures. Annie did my nails and did such an AMAZING JOB! I left so happy that my vision became a reality. There was another woman who took her time explaining to Annie what I wanted. The customer service was 10/10. Definitely commend coming in. I’ve gotten a no chip full set done here a few times and have never had a bad experience. I’m very hands on and the polish lasts!”

“DO NOT GO HERE! I came in on a Monday afternoon with a friend. I asked for coffin shaped nails, I received basically all square shaped and had to ask her to refile them. While refiling i pointed out one was crooked and asked her to file only the left side of the finger, she then ended up filing my real nail so much that the underside of my nail was exposed cause pain if touched. At the end i just gave up on the shape because she just could not get it right, see pictures for how thick they were left too!! Literally the same day a nail broke and i just glued it back on (the nail underneath was not damaged at all so obviously it was not properly set to my nail). Now it is Friday (the same week) and my thumb nail broke while i was simply tying my shoe!! Again my nail underneath was not effected at all! I came back to the salon and showed them. She said they would redo them but when i declined and asked to just have them removed she then said i would have to call and make an appointment for Monday!! Absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!”
