“The best banya in Texas, it doesn’t get better than this. Our every experience in the “Russian Banya” is very pleasant and enjoyable. It has this specific Slavic vibe to it and I absolutely love it because it reminds me of home. The banya itself is pretty big, it can fit many people and it doesn’t get too crowded. And banya temperature gets really hot, especially if you splash water on the rocks - your gym sauna doesn’t even stand near. There is aroma therapy every day and the owner Misha makes it truly unforgettable. The cold plunge is COLD, not for the weak. Decent 45F (6C) water temperature makes you see what you’re made of. The price is you pay $70 + tip and you can go for the entire week for as much time as you want, in my opinion it’s 100% worth it. If you get a monthly or yearly membership then it’s cheaper. They also have additional massage services, venik, and you can buy a banya hat :) There is delicious Slavic cuisine restaurant and the food really reminds me of my grandma’s. Make sure you don’t skip dessert :) As a Ukrainian, it makes me very happy that “Russian Banya” stands with Ukraine and I will gladly bring my friends here and come back again. Thank you!”

“When I walked into this store there were two employees chatting and didn't greet me. Then a woman walked in the store behind me and they greeted and helped her. No one asked me if I needed any help the whole time I shopped around for five different products. I heard and saw the employees greet and send off every other customer that came and went. It was very suspicious considering there were men, women and children being attended to besides me. Treat every customer with the same respect and hospitality. Period. The cashier ID: 3628542 was lovely and she was the best part of my visit.”

“UPDATE; although I’m keeping my review below, The lovely owner did reach out to me and I am very pleased with the way she handled the situation. I do plan to give them another try. Iris is great! She did my full set the very first time I came here, as well as the last two times and I haven’t had any complaints or issues! She is very friendly and gives me just what I want every time! Unfortunately, this last time around, my pedicure was not as good. I came in the next day just to get a polish change because the polish did not dry well and looks messy. They wanted to charge me $12 for this when I literally was just there the day prior and paid $50. My pedicure itself wasn’t even done well (which I wasn’t even going to complain about at first,) I still have so much dead skin on the bottom my feet and my toes just looks a mess like I never had them done. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and although I love Iris, I will not be back.”

“First experience here was abysmal. Showed up around 4pm on a weekday for a pedicure - they weren’t super busy. I got sat down in a pedicure chair and was abandoned for 30 minutes with my legs flung to the side because they didn’t even fill the water basin. Not one employee acknowledged me. Really disappointing. I won’t be back for any services going forward.”

“I like the stylist but the little short owner is very rude I try to smile but she turns her face. She's rude to my boys trying to shove any stylist when we have our favorite! If it weren't for the ladies and the young man there I most definitely be looking to go elsewhere! I went today and while I was paying that old short woman (the owner) was in the way and wouldn't even move for the stylist to use the gadget for me to pay she had her back to me didn't say thank you come again or nothing! The stylist is very personable! I go back for the great service I get from them But this woman needs to change her disposition 😒. I feel for the workers😔”

“I have very weak nails and unhealthy cuticles (I work in healthcare and have to constantly sanitize my hands) so getting manicures of any kind is always a little stressful but wow!! I saw Tracy here and she took such great care of my nails! The dip set I got was skillfully perfected into the smoothest, most delicate and balanced set I think I’ve ever had. The shape is perfect and she edited to my exact needs!”
