“I brought my daughter in (4 years) to do a mani pedi day with me. I have to say everyone was so friendly and I was really happy with how our nails turned out. My issue is that I feel like they way over charged me. It ended up being $170 . They charged me extra because I used a "special color". I already paid for the gel but apparently the gel color I chose was "special". They also charged me like $15 extra because my 4y/o wanted a sparkly coat over the color she picked. I just feel like they upcharged for so many things that they didn't disclose so I won't be returning.”

“My husband and I got pedicures and I got my nails done here yesterday. We paid $75 each for the spa pedicure, she put lotion on my his ands feet put towels around them and left to do someone’s nails. His total pedicure time was 15 min. I had a nail fill in and paint and was charged $55 for this (see pic below)! She cut most of my fingers to the point of soreness and the paint peeled this morning. Yesterday when o washed and dried my hands one of my nails peeled before I got out the door. I will NEVER go back here for nails.”

“I have been coming to this salon for YEARS. The nail techs are good at what they do but if you correct them, expect attitude in return. I stopped seeing a popular male tech there after 3 years because he started giving me attitude when i politely told him to correct small things. Then i started to get my nails done with the manager. Please look at the recent 1 star review of the Mom that came in with her disabled daughter in a wheelchair. I witnessed that whole encounter. After they left, the manager who was doing my nails started venting to me and then venting to her colleagues and had stopped doing my nails in the process. My appointment took longer because of this situation that i had no part of. It was very unprofessional. Fast forward to today, i gave this place another chance and requested the manager again. I showed some options of designs and asked which one she could do. We decided on one and then when she was doing it i noticed it was very crooked and uneven. I asked her to fix it then she told me it was because my nail was crooked. I asked her to atleast try, to which she said now ive made her too nervous to continue the design because im being “ too picky”…. Why agree to a design you cannot do? And why are you making me feel bad about it? I wasnt able to choose a different design because she said she didnt have time so i told her to just remove the designs and i will find another salon that can do it for me. I work in customer service and this is just no way to talk to clients. Very unprofessional. Ive been coming to this salon for atleast 5 years, but now i will not be coming back.”

“The person who did my nails was Kevin, and let me tell you, he did such a good job! I've been receiving compliments about my nails, and I personally like them better than the inspired photo I provided him. I got a full set of acrylics. My total came out to be $75 with a $5 tip, so overall, it was $80. Kevin has really good customer service. He knows exactly how to make a nail look as clean and detailed as possible. I asked him if I could cut my own nails, and he let me with no hesitation! He is a funny and chill guy. He asks you questions through the whole process to make sure you are satisfied. The majority of nail salons I go to don't have the service this place provides. When you walk in, you can already tell you're gonna be relaxed. This small hole in the wall is up to date with their products, their furniture, and their payments. They accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc! The price is around the same as everyone else. “I had an awful experience here. I went in and was told they couldn’t do design which was okay with me but the lady instead tried to do the snowflakes I had asked for and wasted 30 minutes of my time doing so. She also cut my fingers numerous times and my fingers still hurt from it. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the glitter that they used was far different from my picture. She did my nails so thin that when I got home after 20 minutes 1 broke and another 2 felt like they were about to break. I went back and another lady fixed them and did a good job but ultimately half of my day was wasted and I ended up spending more than I expected. Do NOT go see Linda!!!!! She should not be working there she does not know how to do nails at all”
