“I waited to see these people for 4 months. At the last minute they sprung a "Consent to treat" that contained a provision that I pay all their collection agency fees and all attorney fees in any circumstance. I pay my bills and have a great credit rating. I have never left a doctor not paying for what was given in the way of treatment. Giving anyone the ability to charge you anything without you having any recourse is ridiculous. I've been married. No thanks.”

“Unreliable. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times within 24hrs of my appointment. But if you're 5 minutes late they won't accept you in the lobby. The nurses are rude, condescending and talk down to you. I would never be allowed to treat people like they do at my job, so the fact that they do is astounding”

“Hi thank you so much for the service here my 1 year old came in the ambulance I called them because his breathing was not normal in the night. He was checked and given medication and he is doing great now. I thought it was asthma but it was only croup. Nurses were coming in constantly and also doctors. We were checked on constantly and offered water or blanket. We came in and didn’t wait to he seen he was given care immediately upon arrival and we were able to leave quickly. I have never experienced an er visit to be fast and caring. The nurses and doctors were so nice to us so I just want to say thank you so much. Thanks so much for the first responders and the ambulance. Great place very clean great nurses and doctors. I was skeptical because this is located in Baltimore city. Thanks so much”

“Never answer their phones. Called all 3 locations over 40 times total trying to get test results that they were supposed to have yesterday but didn't. Waited over an hour. Staff said they emailed record people. I asked if they could call record people. She says no. So ui Googled and called and talked myself with record people. Left after 1 hour more of waiting. Doctor or staff were supposed to call with results. Never did saying we never got them. So I spent the muting calling all 3 locations trying to get an answer no exaggeration 30 phone calls later still no answer. So went by and explained my situation and still no results in. I asked about the calling situation and they looked confused. I called while standing there and the phone rings. I exclaimed "OMG the phone are wiring! " a nurse there and a patient in the waiting room says to me this happens all the time. I will be addressing this with Doctors and office manager today!”
