But when it comes to this board they have you can pay to say anything "3 words or less", they aren't kidding when people can say the most offensive things they want to say. Political statements like the ones we saw are NOT entertaining and I can safely say, we've only been here two times. The FIRST time and LAST time. We will NEVER EVER be back to this venue.”

“We had read the great reviews on here, when deciding we wanted to try freezone out. Sadly we got met by a very bad service, where the bartender tricked me into buying overpriced drinks, even when it was advertised as a cheaper deal. Even when pointing out it was clear that the drink deal was meant to confuse people, so they could make money on it. I do not recommend this. And the answer under are lacking of taking accountability. None of the “deals” was presented. not even corrected after we pointed it out. We got met by a “you should’ve asked for the special drink” etc. no free drinks etc. Your guests matter. And a “service answer” like this, won’t make up for our experience. But thank you for taking time to respond. Hopefully you’ll take accountability and handle it within your team so it lives up to the comment made. 🤎”

“Update: We returned and again enjoyed our show. I know we're going back again. We had an excellent evening watching one of our favorite comics. This was our first time to this comedy club. It was well organized, and signage was clear about where to go and what the next step was when entering. The staff checked us in and asked if it was our first time. They gave us the rundown and explained what we needed to know. We purchased a package that included drinks and snacks. This was explained well by the excellent server we had. It was packed, but the vibe was relaxed. The drinks were good, but skip the pretzels. I don't have high expectations for food at a comedy club, so I give them a pass on this area. The popcorn was great. Our service was excellent!! The server was attentive and kind. Random things to note are that the ladies' room has only 3 stalls, so there was a wait. Parking was less than ideal. There's a small lot and the rest is on the street. But, these are just limitations of the building. We are definitely going back!”

“We had made reservations for NYE morning to have brunch via their online reservation system about 30 days before. We even received a confirmation text the day prior and confirmed we were going. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed until the evening. Luckily, one of the chefs was there and directed us to a diner nearby which was good but definitely very different from what we expected to be eating that morning. At least the chef was nice and helpful which is why it gets two stars (he would get 5 stars for his helpfulness).”

We enjoyed the band and music from Shawna Morrison who is the daughter of music legend Van Morrison. She was fantastic. We dance all night and had a blast. Will definitely come back.”

“Not normally my type of scene but I got invited by a friend from work that told me it'd be fun and they were right. I'm not a great dancer so I didn't spend much time on the dance floor but even just watching everyone flow through in sync and add their own twists to the line dances and slower dances was great to watch. They also offer lessons on how to do those dances if you get there early enough, though I didn't get there in time and I don't think that it is offered every night I think it's a great little idea to help people get more comfortable with dancing.”

“Absolutely! We stumbled across this place and are so happy we did. Staff was friendly, It was bright, clean, pleasing to the eye and you could tell a lot of thought went into this place. Food was amazing and please note there is a warning on the menu that the food can take up to an hour because it's all made to order. It only took about 25 minutes as we we're there around 1:00 in the afternoon on Friday so it wasn't very busy. I wish it was in my city.”

“Probably one of the most laughable and ridiculous experiences I've ever had at a club or bar, and I've been to a lot. When I walked up to the door I was greated by about 3 or 4 bouncers and I was told I had to be patted down which I understand and complied to, after words I was told I was good to go. Upon walking into the club, I found a dingy, smokey, rundown building that looked like it was slapped together with strip club leftovers, which I was willing to overlook as long as the beer was cheap. While I was waiting on my beer, which I had already paid for, I was approached by some tiny bouncer and scolded about how it was a $25 cover charge. First, the bouncers at the door had every chance to inform me of that and didn't. Second, $25 cover charge? Who do you think you are, Hakkasan? I do not recommend this place to anybody with a brain. LOL”
