“As a paraplegic I always worry before heading out as you never know how people are going to treat you, so I’d like to give a big shout out to the door staff/security for making me feel welcome and like there was nothing wrong with me, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t have to stand for any longer than I had too, the bar staff were also brilliant and accommodating, the atmosphere was great and it was just overall a really nice night, thanks reflex and staff for making me feel welcome♥️ I can’t wait to come back again”

“After a nice night we came to flares for a dance! We were having a good time until two of the four guys went to the toilet and one of the doormen came and kicked one of us out for performing lewd acts of a homosexual flavor in the toilets which A. Didn’t happen (both guys have girlfriends and are highly professional people) B. Is borderline abuse of power. From my memories and observations the doorman - security was being very confrontational to anyone being different or dancing too wildly. Ruined our evening if the club isn’t a safe space then I’ll be sure to spread the word and never return!”

That is all down to luck, tho. Parking at the NCP has casino rates if sorted in the reception of the casino.”

“The shuffleboard is fantastic, underrated I suspect. We played with some ‘seasoned professionals’ who were not so impressed that it’s on a slight hill. Didn’t matter to us and we won anyway! Also bouncers were friendly which makes a change for Bris. 5 star”

“Foreign beer and quite little good beer to choose from overall doesn’t even feel like we are sitting in English pub, and why would you have some other countries flag there ? It looks kindda cheap with plastic ball hanging around some carton posters, cheap paintings, though I liked plants and open terrace if only it had a good beer choices it would be great place to have a drink, I came once we spent 20-30£, probably won’t return again..”
