“Good K-town karaoke den. There's a main bar to meet up at and hang at afterwards, but the main attraction is individual karaoke rooms that you rent by the hour. Their system takes a little to get used to but works fine. No ability to adjust their sound - only volume up and down. They have bar food that's average - that's not what you come for. There's a buzzer you hit and a waiter will come take drink or food orders. Service is quick - strangely no napkins or paper towels. Also no bathroom toilet paper - maybe their delivery was late. Also strange that there are no coat hooks so on a cold, wet night all of coats seemed to be in the way in the tight, private room for 6 where we had 5.”

“I went to this location for the first time, and I had an amazing time The staff was very respectful, even down to security. this location is very big on safety they provide the necessary tools you need to be safe the music was good very big and spacious, and everyone that was having a good time was very respectful to one another. I would highly recommend going.and Bring a friend. And another friend and another friend. if I can add more stars, I would.”

“Have always enjoyed myself going to Outer Heaven. Some nights are inconsistent as far as vibes–first time was deep house and dancing which was great, the next time everyone was talking and using their phones while the DJ was spinning. Service is hit or miss, the dude with the long-hair/ponytail has always been great, however a few times there's confusion between the bartenders and the waitress as to where to order drinks (waitress told us to order at the bar, bartenders told us to order from the waitress, etc.). Drinks are on the pricier side ($24-26 cocktails) and are that amazing unfortunately. Sound system is unmatched, and the smaller crowd size makes it a really fun intimate spot. Congrats to Jack and the team.”

“BAD manager on day shift. Aggressively demanded I buy drink while I was mid dance while whole place was empty. Geez I wonder why it was empty of customers Then drink was messed up. Who give red bull in glass? So as we tried to complete one dance manager interrupted again. We got into argument that i want can so i can take it with me. He kicks me out . Sorry F this place worse management EVER. owner should fire”

“Fun party scene, beware of the neighborhood. If you are a salsa lover and I don’t mean food, you will enjoy this place. It feels like dancing with the starts, great dancing crowd. Mostly bottle service, prices are decent for a nightclub.”

“This spot was nice but I couldn’t get in since I didn’t fit the dress code (I had on sweats) so one of the women that work there let me change into a dress. However the other security were SUPER RUDE. They threw my drink out in the street because they said it was no drinking outside. Mind you I was already going to finish it inside the club. Horrible staff will not be going there again.”
