“This place is the biggest scam in Wynwood. $20 + tax and tip for what is essentially the size of a normal slice and tastes worse than bad cafeteria pizza. It’s not even pizza tbh. Go anywhere other than here. This establishment should immediately stop serving this disgusting mess and figure out a different food item that they can actually make half decent and at a price that makes sense in this universe. While they’re at it, buy some napkins because they were only able to give me one. These so called “pizzas” were absolutely horrible, they should be selling them for $2.75-$3/little oval MAX. Everything they do here is bad and the staff were rude. This place is an actual embarrassment for Wynwood and the entire city of Miami. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.”

“Our server was so rude. One of my friends gave her card and the waitress returned made no eye contact and gave her card to our other friend at the table. She took forever to come serve us after walking past multiple times. Ever since they renovated they downgraded in staff ! There was a busboy who was extremely nice and kept our table clean, but waitress was rude. I have no idea what her name is, the music was nice so we stayed. It was under 2 hours though because they said we are on a table limit. MIND YOU we weren’t there for 2 full hours. The tables are cheap and rocky. The bathroom stalls can’t lock only 1 stall. there were napkins in between the door so that it can stay shut. Security was also nice. so music, busboy and security were the highlights.”

The ahow was packed, but the rear of the club had places to sit and watch (as long as you get there early to grab the spot and start a tab. Ask the bartenders upstairs.”

I guess they had met their black quota for the night and they were not letting in any more Black people. The only people that were allowed in as I watch from my car were white and Spanish. I didn’t realize we were doing this again. Never knew that my color would play apart in swinging. So sad smh”

“It was okay. The DJ plays a lot of Salsa because he likes to dance that. He does not play updated music. He plays what he likes I guess. The DJ does not interact with the people no shout outs, nothing. The people are an older crowd which I loved. You have to walk to the bar and get your drinks no one comes to the table and the bar is always crowded. If you are not careful and paying attention they will charge you different prices for the same drinks. The second time I went I caught it because the first time I seen the bank statement. When I called them out their response was oh and since then they have been charging me the correct price for the same drink. If you are not careful you will be screwed.”

“I am still new to Eyz Wide Shut, as a first timer, I will admit I was a little put off by the place -- but once I let my nerves pass and went inside, I realized I should have come sooner. I am a part of the EYZ Facebook group and saw plenty of photos and friendly conversations. The hosts they have are friendly, informative and make the place feel alive. The security made me feel very safe, I watched them escort out a guest this past weekend and they did it in a quick fashion, the guests were annoying everyone. The security seem polite when I asked questions upon entry as well. There are metal detectors, which was a breath of fresh air to see in a Tampa club in general. The back bar is a real hidden treasure, we had no idea it was back there, but once you get past the nightclub area there are free pool tables, air hockey (my favorite!) a really odd but neat museum area, photo areas that are awesome and darts even. All of the guests we encountered were very friendly outside of the guy that got kicked out. Drinks were priced reasonably and bartenders were also nice. Lines were not more than 6-10 minutes at any given point. Playrooms are very clean, the place smelled really nice and the staff were friendly. There is a metal detector on that side as well and security takes your cell phone, keys and locks them in a locker that only they have access to until you return. It was a great process and I felt confident I would have privacy there. The large playrooms were fun to watch and I am hoping to come back this weekend while the Dungeon Master is there because I heard he was off last weekend. Again, if you are thinking of coming out - don't let the appearance of the place fool you - this is a true hidden gem for anyone in the lifestyle!”
