“We had read the great reviews on here, when deciding we wanted to try freezone out. Sadly we got met by a very bad service, where the bartender tricked me into buying overpriced drinks, even when it was advertised as a cheaper deal. Even when pointing out it was clear that the drink deal was meant to confuse people, so they could make money on it. I do not recommend this. And the answer under are lacking of taking accountability. None of the “deals” was presented. not even corrected after we pointed it out. We got met by a “you should’ve asked for the special drink” etc. no free drinks etc. Your guests matter. And a “service answer” like this, won’t make up for our experience. But thank you for taking time to respond. Hopefully you’ll take accountability and handle it within your team so it lives up to the comment made. 🤎”

“Absolutely loved the day party we attended on Saturday. Had plenty of fun, music and atmosphere was good, drinks were ridiculously expensive but we expected that. 4 drinks cost us $92. We managed to get free entry by being on the guest list (you can go and talk to them about it, they have a stand near the pools). Loved it and would definitely go again, but have to make sure you have money to spend unless you're planning not to drink alcohol.”

“Im a french Guy who was on vacation in Vegas this week. I discovered this club which is a very welcoming place. There are many dancers in different styles, there is something for everyone. The prices are attractive, and the services are of very good quality. I recommend this club 👌 Personally, I found my favorite dancer that evening 😉.”

“The Best spot!! We club hop and this was the best spot!! So much better than the ZOUK!! This atmosphere was the best!! ❤️ love it!! Had a great time!! Everyone who came in with our Party Bus TOUR SAID THEY SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST!! It was off the charts FUN from beginning to end!! They also don’t play on the drinks!! The BARTENDER IS THE GREATEST!!”

“Listen, I’m a little late for this review but I told my boy Alex that I would do it. The Splash crew was remarkable and gave us great service for my 46th birthday party. My crew and I came from out of town to have a good time and they made sure we did. My wife said that the communication with Alex was great with us coming from afar and her wanting to make sure everything goes as planned. They even made accommodations for my disabled friend. Thanks everyone for making my birthday a wonderful experience. Shout out to Alex, the chefs and our waitress. Good job!”

“No info online regarding items you cannot bring in. They confiscated brand new sealed pack of gum, Kleenex, and eye drops. Terrible check in process. By the time we got to our table we were extremely agitated. Really put a damper on the day. Reserved our table for six ahead of time. On the key it had pictures of beds. No beds were an option. Seating was only for four people. Allows you to reserve table online with capital one card but this is not accepted on site. Neither are master card debit cards. Service was phenomenal. Extremely beautiful women and so kind and professional. I cut myself coming out of the pool and staff was so concerned and took me to get it cleaned out. Show was great, sound was really good.”
