“We had a great time at this bar. They serve large variety of original beers, and the decoration was on point. First bar in Tokyo so it has a special spot in my heart ! Loved jt there. Beers are not so expensive. You should give it a try !”

“Whisky selection was amazing! Great atmosphere especially for a date. Service was good but nothing special. Messed up my dad’s drink order. Prices were ok but for the portion size of whisky on the rocks were a little small. Overall I’d recommend at least once.”

“Mình có khách VIP nên đã đặt phòng riêng ở đây. Phòng 6 khách, phí phụ thu phòng riêng 2,2 man. Đồ ăn bình thường không có gì đặc biệt. Rượu ngon, phòng bài trí đơn giản sang trọng. Nhưng thật đáng tiếc là thái độ của nv phục vụ trực tiếp lại quá kém. Khách của mình đến trễ hơn dự kiến, nhân viên phục vụ vào phòng với thái độ khó chịu. Gõ cây gắp đá vào thùng đá tiếng kêu rất lớn. Lúc đó một người khách của mình đã đến và ngồi trong phòng đang nói chuyện cũng giật mình. Trong suốt bữa tối chỉ bưng đồ ăn lên để đó, không hỗ trợ khách. Mình thất vọng vô cùng với thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên tại khách sạn hàng đầu của Nhật Bản. Mình đi khắp nước Nhật rồi chưa bao giờ gặp trường hợp như vậy. Người Nhật luôn làm mình ngưỡng mộ, lần đầu thất vọng vậy. Mong nhà hàng rút kinh nghiệm với người nhân viên đó.”

“I booked a reservation at Sone based on a recommendation in a Japan travel (Lonely Planet) guide. We enjoyed the jazz club atmosphere, friendliness of the staff, and professionalism and skill of the musicians. Atmosphere is top notch. Service was great. Food was tasty, but somewhat expensive for getting so little. My recommendation would be eat some appetizers, order some drinks, and enjoy the music. Then, eat dinner elsewhere. Highly recommend.”

“This was one of our best bar experience in Kyoto. The food was great for the price, and the drinks were very affordable. They had a big menu and everything were great! Especially the fried oysters, tamago, aji-fry (fried fish). The warm sake was amazing and it only costs 400 yen per carafe! This is a pretty small bar and is very popular amongst locals so do come at an off peak time. We visited the bar at 3pm and it was full (luckily a few people left just in time that made space for us). There is an English menu but don't expect people there to speak much English.”

“My wife and I went because we wanted to try Tokyo nightlife. We couldn’t book tickets online and they let us buy more expensive tickets. We were a little annoyed how bad the seats were, but we ended up having such a great time. We would gladly go back, but would definitely buy tickets before. It was really last minute for us, so it was our fault. Everybody treated us amazingly. We highly recommend it.”

“Amazing little karaoke bar. The owner and the staff are super friendly. The clients were super respectful of the karaoke sharing rules. We ended up coming late and staying later than we thought we would. Saved for future visits to Osaka. Also the staff are super good singers, so if you have a favorite song but don't have the confidence, just ask them to back you up.”
