“Ok so the drinks are. Amazing, loads of fun and different options. The food was ok only little snacky things, they were good quality but don't think it was ideal for the price, if you want something to snack on just get one as our table got a few. They also have a few wine options if cocktails are not your thing. Finally the staff there are amazing and super helpful. It's a cool experience and environment so will def be going back there...oh did I mention it's a jazz bar! So while I not experienced it yet I be going back for live music 🎵”

“I'm not the biggest fan of Spanish food but haven't had any for years so thought why not try some tonight. I looked online and this place appeared to have good reviews so off I went. First impressions was how surprisingly busy it was on an early Thursday evening. It took a while before I was seated. I was seated at the bar first but asked if I could be seated at a table. They gave me an hour as the table was booked, which was more than enough time. There wasn't really anything on the menu that really popped out to me so decided to play it safe and order a potato small plates and a shin beef special. The potato arrived piping hot so I had to let it cool down for a bit. Flavourwise, I personally thought there was too much going on and I'd rather it was a more simplistic affair. I guess this is how it's meant to taste so bear that in mind. As for the beef, that arrived a lot cooler and it did taste quite nice though I wish there was more chucks of beef. The sauce was really tasty but I had no spoon and it didn't come with any bread to soak up the juices so I wasn't sure how best to consume this dish. Though I wish I had picked other dishes, that's not to say the food I did have was by any means bad. Its more likely I don't appreciate Spanish cuisine as much as others do.”

“What a great find! So if you're staying in Criccieth or within the local area this place is a really good visit and highly recommended. As with most little towns and surrounding areas in Wales it's difficult to find a really nice pub / venue to eat. Well this place has absolutely changed that! Just off the main road it's easy to find. Despite what Google says, it doesn't close at 20:30 - they just stop taking table bookings for food at this time so ignore that. The first thing you notice is the beautiful frontage which at night, is lit up and looks really nice. Upon entry, the bar is to the right and the restaurant / seating area to the left. Service was brilliant from the get go and throughout - food was really tasty and clearly cooked fresh. We had the seafood tagliatelle which was so delicious and had a slight heat to it which enhanced the flavour somewhat! We also had the grilled salmon which again, tasted amazing. Really good selection of drinks - ample choice on the menu - decor and atmosphere was also on point. The interior was that of a really modern, vibing country pub. Brilliant experience, brilliant service, brilliant food. Highly recommended!”

“Kongs is a pretty decent place to spend a few hours. There is a good selection of drinks, and some nice food options. The music here isn't very consistent, sometimes it's really great but other times not so good. The atmosphere of the place can sometimes be impacted by that. I wish there were more arcade games! I would recommend checking it out, it may be your kind of place!”
