“Been here for the bar multiple times late night. Great place to end the night because they’re open until 2am but they will take your full drinks off the table and dump them the second it turns 2. So beware of that. Just recently came here for dinner and the shepherds pie was awesome. Definitely recommend to stop in for a bite. Reasonable prices.”

“A nautical-themed bar on Ives St, Captain’s Seaweeds is a fun little bar. It has some elements of a dive bar, but I wouldn’t really call it that. While they do have a pool table and fairly cheap beer, imbibers are generally from around the neighborhood, not really the typical dive bar crowd. I mean, there was a group playing with Beyblades when we came. They don’t serve food, but there are a couple good options nearby and they’ll let you bring in takeout. They do have an outdoor area when the weather’s nice, but during the winter the bar tends to get pretty crowded. Lots of nautical themed decorations, which help give it a unique character. All in all, a good option if you’re coming for a few drinks and then heading home, but it’s a little out of the way if you’re trying to bar hop or don’t live in the area.”

“Great little brewery just over the Pawtucket line. Smug has a variety of good beers but their sours are especially good which helps them stand out from all the other breweries in the area that seem to specialize in IPAs. The interior of the brewery has an industrial feel, with the bar, a couple benches, and some tables with stools to sit at. They also host a music bingo night which is a lot of fun. Good place to check out if you’re looking to grab a beer!”

“Happened to be in the area and had to stop in for the best fish sandwich around!! I forgot to take a picture but it's worth the stop. Onion rings were fresh and crispy. Service was great and staff was very friendly. I loved looking at all the band posters on the walls.”
