“Feel of the experience was completely authentic but was left very disappointed with the ramen. Broth was super flavourful, rich and deep umami flavours, noodle was soft and bouncy but meat was dry. Little pieces but maybe because I came 1 hour before close. Good meat to noodle ratio, and love the green tea refreshments that are complimentary. Egg was depressingly over cooked, missing that half gooey yolk and soy-marinated bite to it. Would go back to try their gyozas and hope that their meat was more flavoured and juicy. Service is extremely fast and staff are super friendly in this tourist town.”

“Service was ok. Ordered takeaway and didn’t give us any cutlery. Ordered 3 dishes. Nuoc Mam Chicken wings, were good and cooked well, just wasn’t tossed around in the sauce. Pho Dac Biet, was ok, sliced beef were thick and wasnt enough herbs. Broth had a nice flavour 👍🏻 Bun Dac Biet, was ok as well, just not enough sauce so was just eating bland noodles with veggies and meat.”
