“The Champon was delicious and well-worth the wait. The portions were huge and we weren't able to finish. There was an option to purchase containers to take our food home which was nice. Flavourful broth, plenty of veggies, and a satisfying lunch. We arrived right at lunch so there was a bit of a line and parking was a bit tricky. Make sure to get your name on the list when you arrive :) ごちそうさまでした！”

“A soba restaurant located about 15 minutes from Numata Interchange. There are two types of soba: regular soba and dattan soba. Dattan soba has a scent and a little bitterness. It was smooth and tasted great! The Maitake mushroom tempura was also very filling, and the okara that was served first was not dry and delicious. Personally, I was a little disappointed in the tempura bowl because the tempura batter was quite moist due to the sauce. Overall it was a good shop!”
