“Second time visiting. Standards have deteriorated dramatically. The food was rather bland, not much inventiveness. The soup dumplings were saggy. The rice very very plain. The egg custard buns certainly could have passed for doughnuts. They were not authentic egg buns. Particularly given the renown name of this place abroad. It was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming at all, except for one gentleman. They seemed to be on another planet. Very grateful to be able to try the restaurant again but review wise it has slipped.”

“Walked past tai won mein for a quick meal and turns out it is unexpectedly good. The wonton soup and dumpling is average, but the stir fried beef ho fun is very good. Can taste the wok hay and seasoned very well. Portion is also very generous as ‘tai won’ means big bowl in cantonese. Not to mention the very affordable price in london. For such a large portion cause less than £10”

“The food was great, but it is a place better suited for takeaway. The lack of dessert makes the eat-in option feel more transactional than leisurely. It has plenty of vegetarian options with a variety of ingredients and can be customised further. The raw papaya salad and the Thai green curry were highlights. Unlike several of the other local Thai restaurants the sweetness was less and the zingy ginger was more. There are other places that make the curry too sweet. The use of bamboo in the curry made it all the more tasty. Its crunchiness offset the creamy coconut milk perfectly. The fried tofu left a little to be desired. The dish lacked a signature taste for me, which isn't ideal for a preparation this heavy. Definitely a repeat for takeaway.”

“Well I am a noodles freak and whenever I crave for noodles I just order from Panda’s kitchen and trust me they are the best. Fresh and delicious food every time. Love the chilli sauce which makes my food more dramatically better. The shop is small but very clean and organised. Staffs were helpful. Foods were really quick to deliver. I highly recommend them.”
