I went in on my day off after a long night so I was quite tired. They sent me home and a few days later he had a random conversation about it and said HR is strict and wouldn’t like that. He said I should’ve just called in instead of showing up. I don’t think it was his fault as none of my regular leads were there that day to reassure him. I also think Melissa didn’t like me because of a past absence, but that’s a whole new story. Long story short, if you choose trinity… good luck”

Ryan Gabriel assisted me and informed me that they no longer supply the tour books however, he did go into the back to check and see if there was a chance there were any left. He gave me a map and a QR code sheet for all the tour books. He also mentioned the security system special they were running and he did follow-up with me on Thursday. I declined and then reconsidered and reached out on Friday. I really appreciate Ryan's attention to care of customers. I only wish that the tour books were still available for us old fashioned folks who like to hold a book in their hands.”

The location is central in Alpharetta area yet not in a super crowded plaza where you would have to struggle for parking. The staff is courteous and helpful. It is usually very fast getting in and out unless there are large number of customers in the queue. If you are in Alpharetta and need UPS, this is the place I would recommend.”
