“This has been a very successful program for me! I lost 27 pounds in 60 days (from just before Halloween to just after Christmas)! I do not live near the clinic, so did the entire program remotely, which worked well for me. The team at Eastside Weight Loss Clinic has been great every step of the way! They quickly answer questions and the daily videos are informative and inspirational! A huge perk is that as I begin the maintenance phase and get into my new regular routine, I can reach out to the team at any time for information or suggestions, for life! Losing weight is always a challenge, but historically, my biggest hurdle has been keeping the weight off. I’m happy to have a plan and a helpful team in place to help me as I go forward with my new healthy lifestyle!”

“At 57 years old I have never done a weight loss program before where I had someone to assist in the process. Dr. Mary was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and Excellent at explaining the body chemistry's process for weight loss. I selected this program because I did not like the thought of eating packaged foods. I also wanted a program that would educate me on how to stand on my own after the program finished. I could not be more pleased with the results as I started in August and within 3 months lost over 30 lbs and most of it without strenuous exercise which was amazing to me. I was a skinny Fat person and did not realize how much overweight I was, especially with the deadly visceral type fat. Now that I have lost it I can stop taking my blood pressure medication and my MD no longer needs to think about prescription for having a A1C in the 6.5 range as it’s now almost under 6. I just graduated the program and feel empowered with the knowledge necessary on how to eat right, enjoy good food and how to lose another 5-10lbs on my own and keep it off. “Great staff, always friendly! My daughter and I both go to Miramar for health services and have had no complaints. The waiting area is beautiful and they have interactive games attached to the huge bubble walls which are pretty mesmerizing. The wait has never been long but even if it were I wouldn't mind hanging out in here 😂 …”
