“I’m not sure how to feel about my experience here. I’ve had better experiences at Planned Parenthood in the US during an anti-abortion protest where I had to walk through the picket line. I needed to remove my copper IUD and was advised I would not need sedation for the removal as it was easy and painless. The clinic itself looks beautiful when you walk in but it stops there, the staff are not very welcoming or friendly, the rooms are small and windows only have portions frosted, when you’re asked to widen your knees you can only do so with one leg, the other is 90 degrees with the wall. I was not given privacy to undress or to get onto the half metal table. I told the nurse I was extremely anxious and was not given any reassurance, in fact she laughed. She stuck the speculum inside and opened to the point of pain before deciding she needed another speculum and left me in the room alone with barely a word (in which I couldn’t understand due to mumbling). She couldn’t get the mirena out on the first tug and barely got it out with the second. It was an absolutely horrible experience and just as painful as the insertion. I told her I was feeling faint and needed to lie down where she did the bare minimal of confirming I can lie down but ultimately I didn’t even feel comfortable enough lying down or staying. Next time I will pay more attention to the negative reviews and ladies opt in for the sedation if you can, don’t listen or believe them when they say it’s quick and easy. Proof enough in the medical industry that women’s symptoms and pains are ignored and minimized, and disappointed a female clinic is playing that same role.”

“Ok, I was reluctant to write this review but these issues must be addressed, especially because I have spent a lot of money out of pocket to visit this practice: 1. I was not told that there had been a $10 increase in fees, so each 5 minute consult is now $90. 2. The reception staff did not access my hospital discharge summary for my records, and I got told off by the Dr. 3. I was very clear that I was in the area for a couple of months while recovering from surgery and it was agreed that I could have an appointment, yet I have been made to feel like an annoyance for being a patient who is involved in their own care (and not just a money-maker who knows nothing). 4. The Dr was annoyed at having to check my post-surgical wounds and prescribing necessary medication (NOT pain relief or anything addictive). Let's just say that the nice facade at my initial appointment quickly dropped at my second appointment when I basically had to beg for a prescription (which caused stress during a time when I should be resting). 5. I was not told important results by reception staff beyond 'no action needed', despite stating that I NEEDED to know if the result was negative so that I could stop taking unnecessary medication. 6. The reception staff have refused to pass on my test result to the surgeon/s involved in my care, stating that I had to approach the hospital and get them to make a formal written request for the test result. They also refused to print out a copy of my test result so that I can take it to my surgeon/s before my next surgery in a couple of weeks. These are MY results, why are you refusing to give them to me?”

“Anyone giving more then 1 star are being lenient, if so a 0 would suffice. This place is notorious for making you wait, whenever I come the secretary (mind you who have no customer service skills and have a blank dumbfounded face) will always say there is a bit of a wait which extended to a minimum of at least 1 hour. Whether it be an X-Ray, Ultrasound or MRI for me or others in my family. I’m never happy here though it is the closest medical imaging location I don’t have much of a choice, but if possible I would change as soon as possible. And clearly reading other reviews, others are not quite pleased either. Please change your staff and have a word with them because this is just disgraceful and is tainting the name of your business.”

“I have been to Paradise Ultrasound several times and have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and you don't have to wait forever to be seen. The place is very clean, pleasant and eco friendly. But by far my last interaction with them has been brilliant! I've been in pain in both hips and my right shoulder for just over a year now, finally after trying several types of treatment, stretches rest etc went for an ultrasound and was diagnosed with bursitis in all 3. I booked in at Paradise for guided injections but can't get in until mid February 2024. They had referred me to another place who contacted me and have booked me in for the beginning of January 2024. I am so grateful as I have trouble sleeping mainly because of my shoulder but sometimes my hips too. You can't ask for better service than that. Paradise will always be my first choice with such exceptional service. Thank you so much and I wish all the staff there a safe and Merry Christmas and New Year.”

“Really bad antenatal care. The midwife and the doctor have negative opinions on birth and don’t provide you with any education other than QR codes for basic government advice on diet etc. They omit a lot of very important information-if you don’t do your own research and have questions ready, they won’t mention anything to you, such as risks of an epidural or what to consider for a birth plan (I was told don’t have one which is ridiculous). Don’t expect the answers that you do get to be informative or unbiased. Every time I left an appointment I didn’t feel good or positive about the advice/care I received. They also both run late, especially the OB by hours and hours, plus his room is untidy and dirty. I do not recommend this practice.”

Thank you for being so kind.As for Dr Gayer Nalini’s conduct to patients I don’t know how she manages to complete her daily tasks.Her choice of words to patients are appalling and shocking.I would recommend a different gynaecologist or surgeon other than herself. I just read previous reviews on rate MDs and they are terrible. Adora please reconsider her position at the clinic and replace her. She is stern and very negative towards patients. She should look for another specialisation if she is finding it difficult to complete her tasks.”

“Hi I am writing this 20 months after I had the baby. I was hesitant at first but I need to write this so others can know. I had a good experience with my doctor and nurses but the hospital stay was terrible. We were not given the option of hotel stay.when asked they said it's not available. We were really looking forward to it and were really disappointed. The room was very small , my husband had to sleep on the tiny bed. I also found spider in the room on my bed and in the bathroom which is such dangerous thing when you have a newborn. Also they sent me a bill for a doctor who was just accompanying my doctor. I dint even know who was that.If anyone planning to have a baby in this hospital I highly recommend not to.”
