“Went here following my previous obgyn. Saw Dr. Pepper, since I had to reschedule due to starting my cycle. Dr. Pepper was great. The 3 stars is for front desk not knowing where the office is located on Limestone within the giant parking lot among many other businesses well enough to help direct anyone who’s never been there. It is located directly next to the closed down Morelias. The girl kept saying across the street from Chilis and 5 Below. They have a sign on the building that faces away from where you’d see it driving in from Limestone, and no storefront label on the doors or the sides of the building that is viable. I could not see what building I was entering at eye level. I left 45 minutes early to get there on time. I was still on time, but almost in tears on arrival thinking I’d have to reschedule or cancel because of the confusing directions and the entrance door not having the practice name written on it. I am unsure if I will return. Dr. Pepper was great. The check in girl was a bit sassy when I said I couldn’t find it and was not very friendly or welcoming. I’m not a trouble patient either. Just was was not a great experience for being a new patient. Signage needs to be better marked so folks can find it. And front end staff need to better describe where they are.”

“I love this office, the staff (Dr’s, NP’s, nurses, lab, reception) are all amazing. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and is always looking to help. I had an unplanned c-section due to fetal distress and it was my worst fear. Dr. Neighbors was on-call and performed the surgery. My partner said when she closed me up, the incision already looked like a scar. Every single Dr and nurse that saw my incision in the hospital said how amazing the incision looked. My baby came out just in time, the cord was wrapped around his neck, he was very blue, and completely limp. He had to be bagged and resuscitated. Thankfully he is doing absolutely perfectly now and I am just so grateful this is the provider I went with.”

“The doctor and staff were great, but the billing department told me that my elective surgery was going to be covered 100% and not subject to any deductible or copay. I asked them several times to confirm. About a week after surgery I get several bills totaling nearly two thousand dollars. Months of calling was to no avail, they just keep passing the blame. The frustrating part is that a very similar alternative of the surgery they chose to do actually would have been covered. Like I said, it was a great experience overall (aside from billing), but I can’t simply overlook a two thousand dollar mistake on their end.”

She was excellent with what she was left with and listened thoroughly but it was a deficient past physicians that over the years and many EMR did not transfer the information. This is mainly why I switched to the newest physician to the practice. She was superb at her job except for filling my prescription but as a past physician with the practice I know how to get this done”
