“The doctor and staff were great, but the billing department told me that my elective surgery was going to be covered 100% and not subject to any deductible or copay. I asked them several times to confirm. About a week after surgery I get several bills totaling nearly two thousand dollars. Months of calling was to no avail, they just keep passing the blame. The frustrating part is that a very similar alternative of the surgery they chose to do actually would have been covered. Like I said, it was a great experience overall (aside from billing), but I can’t simply overlook a two thousand dollar mistake on their end.”

“Dr. Martin has delivered both of my babies, and she’s been excellent both times. Dr. Martin is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, and great at her job. She loves getting to know her patients and it’s great to know that the person who I am seeing my whole pregnancy for care will be the same person walking in the labor and delivery room when I deliver. She is calm during the delivery and precise, which is also very comforting to me. It’s always easy to call the office & get through as well! Highly recommend Dr. Martin to any mama or mama to be!”

“For this doctor office to be up scale, this is the most horrible office I have ever seen. They want sit down and talk to you about your result. They are always in a rush and want explain anything to you. My spouse was suppose to be schedule for a CT and she has not heard from them and it has been two months. Call and ask them about the CT and they stated that the referral was sent. After I called Methodist about the CT referral they tell me that they do not have a referral. I would never refer anyone to this office. It’s very sad that you go to the doctor for answers and you come out confused. Dr. Bowden need to evaluate his staff.”
