He has taken the time with me. During childbirth I had an excellent experience and I felt very well cared by Dr. Roberts and all the team. I was very well informed during each step of the process and they listened to my needs. The recovery was very good.I highly recommend Dr. Roberts.”

“Went here following my previous obgyn. Saw Dr. Pepper, since I had to reschedule due to starting my cycle. Dr. Pepper was great. The 3 stars is for front desk not knowing where the office is located on Limestone within the giant parking lot among many other businesses well enough to help direct anyone who’s never been there. It is located directly next to the closed down Morelias. The girl kept saying across the street from Chilis and 5 Below. They have a sign on the building that faces away from where you’d see it driving in from Limestone, and no storefront label on the doors or the sides of the building that is viable. I could not see what building I was entering at eye level. I left 45 minutes early to get there on time. I was still on time, but almost in tears on arrival thinking I’d have to reschedule or cancel because of the confusing directions and the entrance door not having the practice name written on it. I am unsure if I will return. Dr. Pepper was great. The check in girl was a bit sassy when I said I couldn’t find it and was not very friendly or welcoming. I’m not a trouble patient either. Just was was not a great experience for being a new patient. Signage needs to be better marked so folks can find it. And front end staff need to better describe where they are.”

“I had a terrible service experience here, I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, and when they moved my appointment up 1 hour before the appointment and they didn't know who did it, the appointment was scheduled but I had to wait 2 hours to get an appointment. That's too bad. I made an appointment for a prenatal check-up but they were very indifferent and disappointed with this place.”

And well overall no complaints at this pediatric facility I highly recommend because Everyone is nice, pleasant and professional! I just visited with in a two week span dealing with two sick children one after the other u know how that goes when u have multiple kids! It was our first time with a new Doctor by the last name Dr. Polson she is wonderful in every way possible from communicating with the young children and the parent! I have trust in her ability to understand my children if under the weather! My kids enjoyed the visit and were so happy. She knows a lot and acknowledges all the concerns we as parents need! Dr. Moreno, Dr. Nithya are also great doctors and they are understanding good people! Highly recommend above and beyond!”

“If you are looking for a Dr. office that gives you an infection that leads you to be hospitalized for over a week and then having to have surgery this is the place for you. Then after that you speak with the Dr who asks you to update him with what the surgeon says, but you can't get ahold of the Dr because he's booked for two weeks!! I eventually asked for them to send an email and never heard back from Dr. Neil. To top it off the very rude nurse, Christine, informs you they won't even speak with me until I pay 100% of the IVF that day. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself a hopsital visit, possibly loosing any chance of pregnancy due to an infection and the rude staff at this Dr. Office. Take the time to read the other reviews people posted about similar situations and spare yourself the heartache.”
