“Initial consult seemed promising. Unfortunately after my first appointment during which there were complications from a procedure, it has been the WORST time and experience. I have been absolutely begging anyone within the office, including Dr. Schell’s care team and Dr herself, to reach out and actually provide follow up directions for medications. What seems the blatant disregard for follow up has made me question their trustworthiness. If I can’t get follow ups or anyone for that matter to contact me, how can I trust them to care for myself and my reproductive health? Zero stars if I had the option. The bills are sure coming in though!! Don’t waste your time. It seems like if you have complications, you’re thrown to the back burner because you may not be a reliable source of income for them. Such a shame.”
