“This is a beautiful hospital and well designed. As this was my first time, I found the layout of the floors easy to navigate from the elevators. They use letters instead of numbers for the offices. There is a beautiful gift shop and wonderful little coffee shop that serves breakfast burritos, sandwiches and pastries. My concern was the parking area for the handicapped is too far away from the entrance. The elevator was too far away from the entrance. They should consider adding valet parking for those who have handicap placards or disability identification cards. My Rheumatologist and every professional I met today was kind and helpful.”

“Jag-One has been an excellent physical therapy provider. From the moment I arrive, the receptionist is responsive and pleasant. The Physical Therapy Tech is personable and prompt with the intake and initiation of the prescribed exercise regimen. Through out my session the DPT keeps a skillful eye, constantly evaluating my strengths and weaknesses. At the conclusion of my self paced session the DPT spends an unlimited amount of time manipulating any areas of concern. From my observations, my experience is repeated with each and every patient that walks through the door. Jag-One delivers a premium product!”

“My sister is not Spanish, she’s in pain and continuously asked in English to the people in her room to please be a little quieter and they completely ignored her. Two staff members were in the room and they had just gotten off their shift. It’s too bad that common courtesy is not respected at this facility - for everyone! My sister doesn’t want to be there, she’s struggling, suffering and in pain. Please be kind, courteous and compassionate to all walks of life!”

The nursing staff is so kind helpful and patient the overall management team works together and the happiness of residents is of the most importance. The activities department is the best I’ve ever see. So many fun and exciting things to do. They make me want to join in. 100% if I needed care ,this is the place I’d want to be. “My daughter has been going here for months now and we couldn’t be happier with the facility and the therapist. My daughter is a ray of sunshine on the days where she has therapy and looks forward to going. Today she graduated from OT with Ms. Ruth (who has been absolutely phenomenal) and was so excited. It’s was such a bittersweet day for us knowing she has met her goals and phased out. They bought her presents, baked cookies, made posters and she got to put her handprint on the wall. The one thing we look forward to is that we still get to keep going to see her other therapist Ms. Becca. She has turned into what my daughter considers a friend. I’ve seen a complete change in her since we started here and I owe them so many thanks!”

I want to give a special shoutout to Paul Dong, Joe and Robert for getting me back on my feet. They truly are passionate about their job. Clean, safe and I was out in 3 weeks doing everything I was taught until I received my prosthetic leg later on that year. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.”

“After being disappointed in a much larger facility, this time, the social worker suggested Aristocare for my mother-in-law. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the place did not smell like a cat box. As the other larger place did. People were working, answering their phone, responding to questions & concerns. The facility was teaming with staff, unlike the other larger understaffed facility. Glad we followed the social worker's suggestion.”
