“I'm partial to AutoZone. I've always been treated like a high priority and like a customer worth while. They give good advice and have great service. Today I told them I was here to change my car oil and other miscellaneous maintenance, I gave them my vehicle information and he went and grabbed all my supplies and helped ring me up. I didn't have to leave the front, he grabbed everything for me. Though, I do always have to ask them to enter my loyalty number upon checkout, otherwise they don't ask which I wish they would. Very happy with my experience and am grateful that they can check inventory of their other locations if they don't have the quantity that I need.”

“Stopped by Oil Rig Provo today because a friend recommended them. All of the guys working Tuesday morning were very helpful, trustworthy, and professional. I felt very good leaving my car in their hands, especially because other mechanics at other places have tried to take advantage and upsell on things I don’t need in the past. I don’t normally leave reviews but it was a really good experience. Give these guys a raise!!”

“I came here under many good recommendations for a blown out spark plug on my Honda fit. I thought they did a thorough job, but exactly 1 year later and ~10,000 miles the same spark plug blew out. After talking with several other machines and looking through form for people with the same issue no one has heard of this happening a second time in such a short period of time. The mechanics said it was likely installed incorrectly for this to happen. Master tech said they wouldn't cover any of my second blow out which is going to cost 3k for a new cylinder head... Almost going bankrupt over shotty mechanics.”
