“Women should not come here alone. They tried to charge me $116 for a REGULAR OIL CHANGE. I made it very clear I just wanted a regular oil change, but one employee still came up to my window with the papers in the picture. He highlighted all of the services that I “needed today”. If I hadn’t advocated for myself, they wouldn’t have let me leave without spending a minimum of $500. They were so persistent that I got teared up thinking they weren’t going to let me leave. I told them i had never paid over $75 for an oil change in my life and I didn’t want any service anymore, I would go somewhere else. After I said this, they completely changed their tone and magically updated the price….. to $79. I find it funny that they got the price just above what I said I had paid before. Do not go here if you are a woman, they will try to scam you, terrible experience.”

“I went to get help for a older car part.. looking for it almost 6myhs now ....Sky was nice but the younger guy in parts, wasn't. He was very rude, talking down to me. Telling me that I should just get the almost $500 part from the dealership......But I should be use to it by now.... because I usually get "those type of guys" whenever I talk about repairing cars..... I've been repairing cars, before I knew how to drive....(almost 40yrs). I guess, I will just be going back to the Mack Chevrolet dealership for help getting my old car parts help.”

I had a tire that was badly leaking and they were to busy to do a repair, even though I'd perchanced r from them. Unfortunately I couldn't wait 3 more days to get tires, so I went to a competitor and had 4 new tires within 2 hrs.”

“The girl that took my info was just rude and kept rolling her eyes and side eyeing me. I asked her how long it would take to fix my 2 tires and she rolled her eyes and told me “umm idk like couple hours” and didnt specify how many hours. I came in at around 11:00 and its 12:30 right now and they still havent started on my car. I have class at 2:00 pm and im going to miss my class. I called them on the phone and they told me it wouldn’t take long. Never coming back here again.”

“The local car wash had just mangled my passenger side mirror on my gorgeous 1995 F-150 Ford truck. The brushes ripped it off and it was hanging by the wires!! Parts Manager Brad and Manager Chrystal were AWESOME to work with at the store. He put a rush order on two new fold away mirrors and she made sure my truck didn’t sustain any more damage by carefully taping my mirror to the side window. Made it the 12 miles home safely and new mirrors should be in tomorrow afternoon 🙌♥️Under the circumstances I was happy to get such amazing and caring service!!!”
