I was disappointed by what I can only describe as "slimy" or deceitful tendencies that Ross displayed throughout the process. I would have walked had I not gone direct to his manager to finish the deal on the vehicle I wanted. There is no reason I should be able to get a better price or terms on a car because I negotiate harder than the person next to me. I encourage Luther to step into the 2020s and treat all customers equally by not compensating sales staff based on the profit they can "milk" out of individual customers.”
