“My family and I are going on our annual RV trip this weekend and the weather is expected to be super hot. So you can imagine how bummed I was when the AC on my Jeep went out on Sunday. By Tuesday I was in touch with the guys at Motorpool, by Wednesday I dropped off my Jeep and they hooked me up with a zippy little Rav4 loaner while they got to work figuring out what was wrong with my AC system. All said and done they found a leak, repaired the part, refilled the coolant AND changed my oil and filters all in time for me to pick it up at 5 today and start packing it up for our trip! Customer service this great is rare in any industry, even more so in the auto-shop world, so I'm always blown away by how great this place is. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
