“I had my visit on Thursday 01/18/2024 at the Waxahachie location with Dr Keg. His nurse and the entire staff were great. So welcoming, caring and absolutely 1000000% helpful as well as willing to go the extra mile to help the patient. I love Dr Keg!!! He has a GREAT bedside manner. He listens and explains every detail. I need a knee replacement. He told me “no u remember the pain involved right” and he asked “you remember the intense recovery procedure you went through” He made sure I understood what I was getting myself into again. He made sure I was 100% confident in my decision and his recommendations as I have already had my other knee replaced. He is so far the absolute BEST doctor I have ever come into contact within the state of Texas! He is so helpful laid back/easy to talk to and very determined to get his patient feeling good and back to normal! This man really puts his heart ❤️ into his career! “My experience with their pituitary center was awful. They are not really interested in helping patients. You have to basically “apply” to get in. They gave me the run around just to be considered. I did everything that was asked. Then I was told I was not accepted. I didn’t realize when they asked for certain testing that I’d be turned away without even a consult despite having positive test results. No reason or advice was given. You’d think people with a little bit of human decency and empathy would at least give feedback, especially when you’re supposedly dealing with patients with serious illnesses all the time, but no. In my case my illness is very rare so it’s not like I can easily go somewhere else and get help. I may have to travel to Rochester which is 4 hours away from me to another pituitary clinic. I was honestly shocked by the treatment. I guess today you have to come to expect that people can’t be bothered. I’m not sure why doctors go through the trouble and expense of medical school if they’re not interested in actually helping people.”

Once I finally got the call back, the manager, JENNIFER was anything but understanding and/or helpful. I was actually shocked at the way she was speaking to me. I'm in utter disbelief. Go anywhere else if you want your pet well cared for. The staff do not care for the well-being of your pets, they only see dollar signs which is such a shame. They'll do unnecessary blood work just to charge you.. I've had 5 cats and 2 dogs ... I know what a receipt should look like but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I've never felt so ripped off!”
