“Such a lovely and natural environment, not far from downtown Ranong. Beautiful, rustic, yet elegant and well designed lodges and tree houses. And the property is so magical to walk through with all of the gardens and waterways. The hot spring pool- onsen on the river is also a special place to be and very healing, and affordable if you don’t reserve it for your whole family. and the café in front is very nice as well with some excellent dishes. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning which is nice as well. I highly recommend taking at least a couple days while in Ranong to stay here; the islands are nice but staying nearby town in this amazing lodge adds so much to the experience. If I had a choice to only go to one place while visiting the Ranong area I would choose here.”

“The Teak Garden Riverfront hotel gets points for location, but there are some downsides that need to be considered. Overall the rooms are relatively small and the sound-proofing between rooms is terrible. We were next to a family, and we heard the children non-stop. It was pretty terrible. Also, the breakfast had potential, but was not well looked after as large groups grazed before us. And the generator (and the 80 db noise kicked in while we were eating). It’s too bad, as the service, riverside restaurant, and location are not bad. But the overall experience was a 3 star at best.”

“Nice relax atmosphere with private beach. Staffs are superb. They are friendly and helpful. Charcoal grill is allow at your own house, you can also bring food from outside, like old style bungalow. The place is recently renovated and quite nice. Breakfast must be improved, especially if compared to the room rate.”

“We got the best room, which had a balcony on the river and an amazing view. The pool was okay. it would be better if people who weren't staying at the resort couldn't use it. Hot springs we didn't try because they were always full. Had a massage, which was very good. Our balcony had no chairs when we arrived, but after we asked, they brought them asap. Another downside was that they only serve breakfast, and unless you have a scooter, you will struggle to get to any restaurants.”
