“The room was not very clean. There were disgusting traces left by the previous person. There were tickets and sundries under the bed. I stayed at this hotel in August last year and thought it was pretty good in every aspect. The …”

“Very very satisfied. The hot spring area on the 13th floor is equivalent to a miniature bathing center, with hot and cold, indoor and outdoor pools. Figure 4 Rest area. Picture 5: Free noodles in the restaurant. The washer and dryer is next …”

“The hotel itself was fine, but the service was the worst I've ever encountered in Japan. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight and found that the door connecting to the mall's parking (the designated parking) was locked for safety reasons. Although I understood the need for safety measures, I was disappointed that the staff couldn't open the door with a key to let us in, especially since we were two girls with a lot of luggage. We asked the front desk if there were any other ways to enter the hotel without moving all our luggage to the mall and back to the hotel, or if they could help us in any way. We were surprised to learn that the hotel had only one staff member at the front desk and a chef in the kitchen for the entire hotel. This seemed inadequate for a hotel of its size. We wondered what would happen if something went wrong and the only staff members were unable to help all the guests. After learning this, I asked to speak with the manager, but was told that the manager was on leave and no one was in charge of the hotel until their return. Due to the poor management, I went to bed at 4am and left at 8am. Although the hotel was built nicely, its management was a disaster. If you have to stay at this hotel, I recommend praying that nothing unexpected happens during your stay.”

“I often go on a day trip to the hot springs. The food is delicious and makes you feel like you're traveling. The radon hot spring bath will also make your skin smooth.”

“Not far from the airport. Mainly because of the airport pick-up service, I chose this hotel without hesitation. The receptionist was very nice and the room was clean. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby and several places to eat. Very satisfied. I will choose here next time.”

“First of all, the location itself was right in front of the station, so like other reviews, accessibility was good. The room was a lot smaller than I expected(!), which was disappointing, but the communal hot spring bath was so nice that I …”

“First of all, it is a personal independent space without disturbing each other. In addition, the bed is very comfortable, the only drawback is that it is easy to dry out at night. The most important thing is that there is a bath center downstairs, where you can take a rest after taking a bath, which is great!”

“I stayed here two nights in late November and it was my first onsen experience and it was pleasant and relaxing. Once of their staff speaks mandarin chinese which was very helpful for me and my father. Also getting here is easy it just took a very long time (nearly two hours from Kyoto) took a taxi from Mazumi station and when we checked out they offered a shuttle to the station. It was a beautiful inn and I would like to come back one day if I can. The rooms are large, simple, and well-kept.”

“Used for lunch The food was good, but the indoor bath and open-air bath are separated on the 1st and 3rd floors. It can be a bit hectic after meals as the restaurant closes at 3pm. Also, the road is narrow so I hope we don't pass each other.”
