“Went in on 1/16/24 after calling two weeks before to have a contact lens recheck. I ask about any charge when I made appointment was told there would be no charge for recheck. My right eye was very irritated eyelashe in eye no vision examination done at all told to use eye drops come back 1/18/24. At checkout tried to charge me for prescription change and copay said it had been too long for a recheck on contact lenses. Looking for a different eye care any suggestions would be appreciated”
