“I was so very disappointed in this business after being a patient here for 15+ years. They wanted $1900 to replace lenses in 3 pair glasses that I purchased there <1 year ago. They don’t even do the work they send it to an outside lab. Far better pricing and value working with an online optical company. Maybe you need to get a better lab? You lost a customer today who has spent a great deal of money there these many years!”

“Everyone were very polite and professional. The girl that did some testing made me feel like she knew what she was doing then when the doc came inhe found a problem. Outside of strengthening my prescription I am doing a follow up appointment to check degenerating. He was very thorough. Then the girl that helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful and knowledgeable on the best pair of glasses for me. If you want a good examination and glasses I highly recommend family eye med.”
