“It’s a nice place. Yay for that. Something happened to my glasses last month so I called to have them covered and replaced under warranty. After waiting on hold for a spell, I find out that warranty expired the month prior. Go figure. When I asked about discounts, since they were a little pricey, and I did not use the warranty that was obviously paid for and never used, I got told that they don’t over discounts. When asked for the price of a new pair, same exact pair, it was double what they cost when I first got them a year ago!!! This place is very greedy. I know what my insurance paid, and what I paid. But now I’m in between coverages, and I feel like they want to take advantage and steal as much as they can!! We won’t be going back. Also, if the business is going to give the SAME of two common replies, don’t bother. It’s very un-personable.”

“Dr. Meyer is a fantastic doctor. Great bedside manner. Just be prepared to be nickel and dimed. Every time I go in, there’s a fee for something that I wasn’t told about. Every. Single. Time. And the fee is non-negotiable, no matter what it is. For those of us that budget tightly, it makes it a struggle, and they always say they’ll train their staff better. They never do. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Dr Meyer, I would’ve found a new eye doctor just from the fees and non-personable staff. Still considering it after the new undisclosed fee today. Charged us a fee to teach my son how to put his contacts in. But the “class” is “required by law.” I’ve never even heard charging a fee for that, and I’ve worn contacts for over 25 years.”
