“Dr. Patel is excellent! She takes the time to explain the results of the exam. As a diabetic, she understands the need to share the results of her exam with my endocrinologist, which was something my previous eye doctor never did despite asking repeatedly. The office staff is very pleasant and efficient. I should also mention that they are very conveniently located at VHC. I already recommend Dr. Patel to everyone I know, and my wife is also a patient.”

“I am very upset to hear about the overwhelming experience my parents had today with one of your employees. Your employee aggressively asked what language my parents spoke…this was not appropriate. Expressing a concern over questions does not require your employee to scout and hunt for a translator to detail what was already processed. This was very distasteful and presumptuous to assume that my father did not speak or understand English. You can have patience and practice better customer care. You can take the time to connect with another human and address their needs constructively.”
