“Our Max originally comes from Bosnia and we adopted him when he was six months old. At 1 1/2 years old he began to be lame and could barely walk for 15 minutes. Our vet recommended VETACARE to us. Even though the clinic is 60 km away, we made an appointment. Max was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and we were recommended surgery. The treating doctor, Ms. Ramona Pott, explained everything to us in detail at all appointments and answered our questions competently. The operation went well and although the time afterwards was stressful, it was worth it. We are happy that Max can walk so well again. We feel in good hands at the clinic and would definitely recommend it to others. THANKS to the whole team: the reception staff who always greeted us so kindly, Ms. Pott, who looked after us, Dr. Winkels, who took part in the operation 😉 and everyone who works in the background to ensure that our furry friends are well.”

All the nurses were very friendly, helpful and informative. The room (single room) was very clean and, for a hospital room, modern and pleasantly furnished and equipped. The food was also great and varied.”

“I got an appointment within 1 day. Emergency..should be there at 7.30 a.m. and bring waiting time with you. I sat back in the car at 8.45 with examinations, meetings and waiting time. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Everything was explained to me well and understandably. I can unreservedly recommend the practice.”

“Three years ago, I had an ACL surgery there by Dr. Lais. Before the operation everything was fine and they clarified every thing about my injury except for the fact that I might lose my feelings in a relatively big area (more than 100 cm2) after the operation. This is very annoying and whenever I asked him for a treatment for that he just told me that "be patient it takes a time". Even though the flexibility and strength of my knee is good but was very disappointed by their post-operation services. I even tried once to meet dr. David Frohnmüller for his advice and he told me that I should go to dr. Lais who has done the operation!”
