“Everyone I've met here, especially the ladies working at the front desk and in radiology are so kind. However, I've seen 3 different doctors at this point and I haven't loved any of them. Every appointment is very rushed. They don't seem to care at all and don't make any type of connection. It's so frustrating when you go to the doctors and they just speak over you, and don't listen to what you're saying- especially when you're paying a lot of money to be there! I've been dealing with an injury/ pain for 2 years now and nobody here has given me any solution or pain relief, literally nothing at all. They just keep referring me to other people in the building where I also get nothing from them. Am I supposed to walk around with a cane at 23 years old??? Apparently. They DO NOT CARE !!!!”

“Dr Deuk gives and delivers hope! He is caring, very knowledgeable, and experienced. All things you want in someone you have taking care of or fixing your body. He made me feel comfortable and safe with everything I was going through before I even went to see him. He was the first person to say "I'm sorry you're going through this." That was important to me; when you are in immense, prolonged pain, this can be a very important step to healing. His actions and the results confirm that you are safe in his hands and he will figure out how to help from palliative care to surgery. “I was referred to Dr. Mates from another practice after having trouble with my left ankle. After 2 MRI'S and a diagnostic shot, he finally figured what was wrong with my ankle. Dr. Mates was thorough and compassionate. He didn't give up and I don't need another unnecessary surgery. I felt like he really cared. The staff is the best also. Very upbeat and caring. Easy to get appointments and check in and out are easy. They always have a smile. You can't go wrong with Florida Joint Care Institute. I feel lucky and blessed to have had such a great experience and great doctor as Dr. Mates.”

“I am celebrating 1 year since my surgery with Dr. Cantor. I am so thankful that I continue to be PAIN FREE. I cannot say enough kind words for all the doctors and staff that cared for me during the 9 months I suffered with sciatic pain. Prior to my surgery, just standing on my feet caused pain in my left leg. Since the surgery, I have been able to go to Disney World, walk around San Diego Zoo, and even the simple things like grocery shop…all completely pain free. I still need to be mindful of good back health as genetics and a slight curve in my back make me susceptible to future problems. I continue to be mindful of the “BLT” (no bending, lifting or twisting). I am able to bend, lift and twist, but not too much. I limit and prevent any movement that puts any strain on my lower back. I cannot recommend the Cantor Spine Center any higher! They are a phenomenal office 😊😊”

I called and spoke with Sal who understood my needs, the features of the various chairs, and helped me narrow down the right one. Follow-ups were fast, friendly and informative. After I ordered the chair Alex called to verify one of the measurements and was also very informative. They shipped the chair through R&L Carriers from Florida to Oregon. R&L communicated a delivery date and time window and were on time, friendly and put the pallet right where I needed it for unboxing. All and all this was a perfectly smooth purchase of a used chair that looks like it's brand new. I felt good dealing with Sal/Marc's right from the start and am glad I did!”
