“Purchased an item worth 50p online. Drove to the store which took around 10 minutes. Upon arrival, one customer was being served, one was waiting to be served in front of me and one person was waiting behind me, followed by another customer 5 minutes later. Whilst waiting I observed that there was two cashier assistants but with only one of them serving customers. Also, I could hear lots of talking from a few employees beyond the front of shop (to the right of the counters, just so I know exactly the layout of the shop) giggling and chatting away, without any consideration whatsoever for the queued customers waiting to be served. Upon eventually being served after standing in the short queue for around 10 minutes, no apology was given for the wait that we all had to experience. The experience was a complete joke with clearly no respect or consideration towards the Basingstoke Euro Car Parts customers. Basically...Basingstoke Euro Car Parts employees...get your act together!!!”

Terrible layout (particularly beware of spaces where your head/boot will hit the ceiling), can take up to an hour to leave the car park at the end of the work day, after a certain time entrance on foot is via a dark and dingy stairwell... And now the prices have shot up! No more evening/Sunday promotions, so may as well park in a nicer car park.”

“It's a handy car park for the city center and shopping just a 2 minute walk. Hotels are available nearby, and other visitor attractions, like the conservation and the art school, o2, and lots of the arts around this area including the pavilion, and the cinema. The availability of parking here is both well served and cheaper than most multistorey parks, there are cafes, and other places to buy food, or anything you can think of really.
