Additionally, when I once lost my ID there, the folks in the call center and security whom I coordinated with like Tracy were friendly and helped me get it back from the lost & found.”

“The motorcycle jacket is still riding a wave of popularity, much like this parking garage during ballgames and special events. Do you like parking garage architecture? Additionally, would you like to count how many spaces are in the parking garage? Do you use a spreadsheet to track this data, with a separate column for the handicapped spots? If you're anything like me, you realize that it's not the parking spot that is handicapped, but the person parking there obtained a special placard, and it comes with some extra consideration. But you have to renew it every couple of years so they know you are still in bad shape and can't walk as far as you used to. Seems fair.”

“Good evening everyone I’m excited to say that I am very impressed with a United Toyota especialy the gentleman Thomas Gunn, who worked hard to get me what my extended warranty was to cover. I went one day to get an oil change and something else done and just had a conversation I had said one day I hope I can get a whole paint job then he started taking a ton of pictures more than what is normal for leaving your car there, he “kept saying just wait it’s your lucky day”, so come to find out my Toyota, which was bought used in May it was a 2016 Toyota RAV4. It did have some damage which wasn’t covered in the extended warranty but due to my car’s paint wearing and chipping extended warranty covered a whole new paint job and he managed to get my bumper. Replaced for free. Plus I got a new stereo because that was under the extended warranty because I kept having problems with it.  I’m happy to say that my car is totally new on the outside and it’s a nice car in the inside overall, I am very pleased with my vehicle. Thank you united Toyota, and especially a thank you to Thomas Gunn. FYI, I did not have to spend a penny but the overall work that has been done through my extended warrantly like the suspensions and other other work, I think maybe he said it was about a $20,000 job total.. it pays to have extended warranty. I’ve always said no to extended warranty but you know what it’s worth it. My car payment wouldn’t be much less if I hadn’t had the extended warranty.”

“I've actually parked in this garage without issue many times before, but despite keeping my car clean and empty, a thief tried to break in and destroyed my quarter panel glass. This happened June 29, 2023, between 7-10pm at night (while I was seeing a show). I had parked near the second floor parking pay station, overlooking Van Ness. My rating is not meant to be a reflection on the staff of the parking structure itself; they were actually really helpful and gave me what I needed to file an initial report of this incident. The location of this garage is also very worthwhile, for obvious reasons. Just remember that being in San Francisco is being in San Francisco, and paying $20 to park your car in a structure it doesn't necessarily guarantee its protection.”

“These charger are tricky to find as the map takes you to a parking structure but they are on the 3rd floor 3E and 3K on the perimeter of parking structure. They seem to be old charger and only go to 150KW which shouldn't be Super but more like fast. I wouldn't come back to this one and find actual super Chargers at ground level. Main reason to use these is if you are coming to mall.”
