“PULL IN AND DON'T GET A CITATION. The only place in the garage that has "Head-in Parking Only All Levels" signs posted is on the ceiling. There is not a single "head-in parking only" sign on any of the walls. When driving a truck, you cannot see the signs on the ceiling easily when traveling through the garage. The driver's eyes are facing down watching for cars backing out, pedestrians, and especially children. This safety code has nothing to do with safety. If it had anything to do with safety they would put adequate signage out. This is just a money maker for the garage. It's a cash cow. IF THIS WAS TRULY FOR SAFETY, they would remedy this issue and make it known to ALL drivers that it's head-in parking only when they enter the garage.”

“What started out as a fun day watching the Harlem Globetrotters was quickly soured by the rudest, most aggressive parking staff member directing traffic into the garage today. I was going very slowly (traffic had already been at a standstill). Family, including my young nephew, visiting from Australia witnessed first hand this man slamming his hand on the hood of my car and yelling at me that he'd told me to stop. He told me that I almost hit a male pedestrian, who wasn't even near the parking garage entrance yet! The staffer claimed that I wasn't paying attention to his signals or to what I was doing. I angrily responded that he didn't need to be so rude and to not touch my car again. He had the nerve to angrily say, "I don't think I'm being rude," and demonstrated that he'd signaled (below my line of sight) to stop. Maybe he should've gestured in a more obvious way. In any case, I was driving cautiously and hadn't been close to hitting any pedestrians. What a way for this man to behave in front of families and children, especially to those visiting our "fair city." My previous experience parking here was really positive, so what a disappointment.”
