“The staff is incompetent. They acted like I was trying to pull a fast one when I tried exchanging an item and they acted so smug about it like they caught a criminal. For a robe! Lol They sold me a mildewy robe and said they couldn't have sold it like that to me. Yea, you could have because your cashier didn't open it when I paid for it. Keep in mind, when I took it and came back it was all within 30 minutes. The manager had no thinking skills. First he said it was in perfect condition and just wet. Then I proceeded to tell him the robe was dirty and mildewy and his other employee even pointed it out. Then he says oh, well it could've fallen on the floor. Which is it?! Perfect or dirty? Wow. Then I asked if he smelled it and he said he can't smell it because of COVID. His excuse was in the camera it didn't look like that. SMH There was only one person in the whole front area who knew what he was doing. Please replace your current manager with him.”
