“felt like we were in Italy. We came here for lunch right when they opened. Very friendly stuff. They have one of the best cappuccinos. We ordered truffle fettuccine and it was delicious. Grilled vegetables were also good. Highly recommend. It is a bit pricey compare to other places but the food is worth it. Also I got side of chilli since I like my food spicy.”

“We were on our way to Belvedere Palace and just happened to walk past this lovely restaurant. Luckily a table was available, although I recommend making a reservation, and we were seated immediately. What luck. We enjoyed dinner 2 nights in a row in this tucked away gem. We’ve been to Italy many times but had the best Calzone of our lives here. Also, try the pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, grated Parmesan cheese, greens and prosciutto. The service was top notch, the ambiance was warm and inviting and the wine pairings were spot on. We’re back in Texas now wishing we could be transported there for dinner tonight. I highly recommend this restaurant. Cheers!”

“Good food but the waiter made a mistake in our order and we told him that it was the wrong meal, he did nothing about it, didn’t apologise or change our meal, and then charged us the full price. Really unacceptable service.”

“Great atmosphere, stylish interior. However, as often mentioned previously: Two main problems: (1) The staff is just a catastrophe - every single waiter was lazy, bored, and particularly unfriendly. Not a single smile, rolling their eyes when one of us changed his wishes during orders, not one inquiry if we liked the food or wanted something else. These people NEVER smile when treating customers. I was totally surprised when some of the waiters suddenly showed super friendly faces and smiled - when one of their colleagues arrived. They really try everything to make you feel uncomfortable! My friend ordered espresso affogato - and they did it with BLUE SMURF ICE-CREAM!! What an insult! (2) The food is mediocre, not good, not bad but visibly cheap ingredients- and heavily overpriced. Small burger for 18,95 Euro (!!), Pizza rucola (with no-taste rucola and strange rectangular pre-produced Parmigiano chips, see photo) 15 Euro. For the pizza and one soft-drink I paid 20 Euro, so they charged 5 Euro for the Soft-drink. And just as reported before: Only cash, no proper bills - I think we all know what that means.”

“We had two pizzas and tagliatelle with vegetables. The pizzas were okay but the tiagatelle were simply a impudence. They had no flavor what so ever and were beyond repair even with salt and pepper. The waitress relied this info to the cook who apparently simply forgot. They were sorry but we had to pay for the whole bill without any discount or similar. No recommendation.”

“Locals and visitors alike flocked here. We were lucky enough to get the last open table without reservations. The staff speaks primarily Italian, but of course they are fluent in German and English. Every single course was on point! Our kiddo fell asleep due to jet lag and they were accommodating in boxing up his dinner without us asking. The server was also the runner, the lady running the phones reminded me of our amazing Italian Nona neighbor. As authentic as it gets with the pizza and pasta. The only downside was having to watch the lady at the table across from us eat around her pizza crust — idiot!”
