“Enchanting, artistic, and nostalgic. Superb presentation, every detail of each plate was carefully constructed with a combination of colours and delicate combination of hundreds of ingredients to create a uniformed and harmonious taste. My wife and I spared no expenses. We went for the 11 course seasonal things with the barolo and barbaresco pairing. Although it's called a pairing, they are 2 distinct paths, naturally the barolo/barbaresco are only red wines. Each dish was able to introduce countless ingredients without overlapping or overpowering one another. Where a particular ingredient (ie. Ricci) was the protagonist then all the ingredients worked together to make the protagonist stand out. Each dish for the most part was presented with a stock/broth which was kept in a seperate glass. You chose the dose and when to sip which allowed for experimentation with each dish. The wine pairing was also exquisite, i would have liked 1 more barabresco, but of course barolo is king here. Staff were very attentive, friendly and incredibly passionate. They went above and beyond as they had kindly organized a surprise gift for my wife which added the final touch to this incredible experience”

“What a night! A beautiful set restaurant on a the edge of a hill top, overlooking the rolling hills across the local vineyards and farms - enjoy dinner and a great view of the sunset. As global travellers, my wife and I are always in the hunt for new fusion restaurants and this place did not let us down. A simple 3 option menu, as vegetarians, we were extremely happy there was a green veggie option available. Based on a farm to table concept, we were served 5 courses of small tapas style Italian and Korean dishes. With simple presentation, each and every dish was crafted with great mastery, with a burst of flavours! If you’re around in the area, add this restaurant to your list and enjoy the cool experience, you’ll be in for a right treat!”

“The only menu you will get your hands on is a wine list. The dishes will be explained to you by the waiter - if you don’t speak Italian, don’t worry, the staff speaks English. I strongly recommend taking a selection of antipasti: insalata russa, vitello tonnato, tatar, flan with cheese sauce. The portions were generous, and everything was delicious. Then we had agnolotti and gnocchi with cheese sauce (unfortunately, I don’t remember the cheese name, but it was absolutely amazing). The tiramisu was a perfect finish for this dinner. I visited this place on weekday’s evening, and a reservation is a must - I called the same evening and was lucky to get the last table.”

“We asked for the menu, and we were told by the waiter that it was a fixed menu at €35 per person (I specify that there were three of us) and that if we hadn't eaten all the courses, there would be a discount on the price. final, and that the price also included the mixed fried food with the reduction of the courses not used. So we skipped the first courses and consumed two second courses, a single dessert and a coffee. When it came time to get the bill, the scam was real: the prices of the dishes were separated out and we only found out at that moment how much they amounted to. It smells like a rip off. Attached is the tax receipt (sigh) issued at the time of payment”

“Intimate and welcoming place. It was a truly beautiful evening in a quiet and comfortable trattoria. Mrs. Rosa's service is impeccable, as is the cuisine. We started the evening by tasting the cheeses, and then moved on to the agnolotti with braised sauce. Everything exceptional! The tiramisu was heavenly. I highly recommend stopping by if you want to eat quality dishes.”
