“Benito restaurant. It means taking a seventy-year leap into the past and rediscovering the ancient world of the Emilian Apennines. The "Balera del Liscio", the dining room with the large fireplace, homemade pasta, delicious mushrooms and truffles and what about the bain-marie "pudding" cooked in the oven .... Nonno Benito still coordinates the wonderful team family now in its third generation .... Great atmosphere, unique experience. Chapeau!”

“Wow! First authentic Italian meal while visiting Italy, but I can't imagine it gets better. Delicious Lasagna alla Bolognese topped by the amazing Tiramisu al Cioccolato, and paired with Sangiovese Ribano "Cantine Spalletti", a delicious local red wine from Romagna. Enjoyed every bite, a perfect meal!”
