“This location is not the restaurant in the pictures of the review…it’s now in a massive a ‘cloud kitchen’ in an industrial part of San Francisco (the same address as shown in this listing). I arrived to pick up my food and was surprised that it was a massive cloud kitchen (I was expecting the restaurant in the pictures of other reviews). There were delivery drivers scurrying in and out. No problem - I was expecting good food, but what I got was terrible. I ordered the spicy Bucatini pasta and it came out mild and stale like it had been sitting in a large tray for hours. Maybe the cloud kitchen uses its own staff to try to cook the recipes from this restaurant, I don’t know… I was extremely disappointed and paid $30 for pasta that I wouldn’t have paid $5 for at a smorgasbord buffet. Very very disappointed.”

“Wow I’m quite amazed! Everything was delicious and service was impeccable:) All the sauces in everything ordered tasted carefully thought out and cared for. The seafood with egg noodle was incredible, I’ve never seen more seafood in a similar dish. Definitely a must :)”

“High quality pizza and pasta, including ingredients such as Italian sausage, wood-fired oven bread, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, green vegetables, fettuccine pasta with a cream sauce made of tomatoes and wine and salmon. Clean and good atmosphere. Good job.”

“Good experience on the special day at Itria. We went here on my boyfriend’s birthday and the experience was great. The food option is not variety and the portion is quite small compare with the price. However, the tastes make it up for it! For the pasta, we also mentioned to the chef at the sausage Ragu because it was too salty but still ok. However, the texture of the pasta was perfect so we still happy about it. Branzino is juicy and delicious. Services is absolutely good but I just felt weird that they don't offer any cake or anything special on your birthday. You have to order dessert with them then they can put a small candle on the plate for us. Overall, still like the vibe and overall experiences here!”
