“Incredibly rude staff. We purchased 2 espressos, but before ordering them we were passed from the bar staff to the cashier, then back to the barman, who rudely asked what we ordered. When the espressos came they were slammed down on the bar hard enough that espresso sloshed out of the cups. Then we went to use the washroom, and took a seat while waiting, and we were told we were not allowed to sit…. the place was completely empty except for us and the people waiting in line for the bathroom. I explained we paid for espressos, they said “it is impossible, you cannot sit”. We exchanged some words, then got up and left without using the washroom. All in all a very unpleasant experience.”

The bathroom, I can't say anything because I was prevented from using it because, speaking of management, if I didn't consume something it was forbidden to use it, I had a coffee... dirty water, I asked again to use the bathroom, response, consumed too little to be able to use it. I was strongly tempted to make it on the counter but I'm too polite for certain things. Absolute disappointment”
