I google searched local coffee shops and immediately fell in love with Junk & Java’s menu, when I arrived their shop was so beautiful and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Their menu is extensive and I had such trouble just choosing what I wanted, I wanted it all! I ordered a fruit smoothie (strawberry, blueberry and mango was my choice! So good!) and I also ordered a chocolate chip muffin, along with an iced caramel coffee with added almond milk. Everything I ordered was SO DELICIOUS! If you’re looking for a coffee shop this is it. This shop is also incredibly family friendly, Lego blocks, books and toys to keep children entertained. The staff was so kind and welcoming too!”

“My husband and I went here while we were in town on a conference. I was excited about going and loved the ambience of the restaurant, however, our dining experience wasn’t that wonderful. First, I’m not sure if I our waitress was having a bad day, or if they were just shorthanded, but she didn’t seem very friendly. We did receive the food we ordered, however, I had to ask for a refill on my Tea and had to ask her to bring us some bread. We each ordered a meal from the menu, and I don’t know if bread was served with it, we just saw others getting it and wanted to see if we could have some. I felt like I was bothering the waitress when I asked her for bread and tea, and thought I saw her roll her eyes when we made those requests, but I could be wrong about that. My husband ordered Shawarma and he did not care for the flavors of it very much, however, I tasted his and really liked it. I ordered a seafood pasta dish, but when I got it, I not only didn’t like the presentation of it, but I didn’t really like the taste of it. My husband offered to trade dishes with me, but I didn’t want him to have to eat it either, and we just didn’t find it very delectable to our pallet. The waitress did come at one point, and asked if we were enjoying our meals and my husband told her I didn’t like mine, but she made no offers or didn’t even say she was sorry about that. As I said, it was our first time there, and maybe this particular person was having a bad day, but it was our first time there, and our first experience with this restaurant.”
