“I did not want my child growing up with the feeling of dread when having to go to the dentist. My child loves going to Hilger Pediatric Dentistry!! Your children will NOT want to leave. They will fall in love with the lobby (most parents do too). The flow of the practice is streamlined and efficient. The assistants and doctors are very gentle and patient. They are very good at what they do and I am so grateful for their wonderful bedside manner. You and your children will be very pleased, I promise!”

“After years of horrible dental experiences, I was at my wits end as a mama. Dental visits were exhausting physically and mentally for me and my three children. We gave Surprise Pediatric Dentistry a try after a few mom's had suggested them. From the very first visit only a few months ago, to an extensive procedure my youngest daughter underwent yesterday, we have been so happy with this office! My 5 year old went from clinging to my body every time we walked into the dentist, to willingly allowing the staff here to do x-rays and a cleaning on her first visit there! The front desk staff is very friendly and empathetic and Dr. Maddox and Dr. Bland have been nothing but patient and kind with all of my kids (and myself). All of the techs go above and beyond to make sure the kids are comfortable, but also educated on their dental hygiene. The office is kid friendly and inviting with the cute treehouse and fun holiday decorations every season. We will forever sing their praises!”

“The receptionist was easy going and took time to add new patients. I didn't have to wait too long to get in for a well visit. The office is welcoming, bright, and feels clean! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Allred is a GEM! She was quick to interact with my kids and took time to answer questions. My kids all felt safe and included in the visit with a younger sibling. She didn't seem rushed and we enjoyed our time with her.”

“Dr. Armstrong is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health as my PCP, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative…you’ll immediately feel at ease—and extremely confident that you’re receiving expert medical advice. His staff is simply wonderful and attentive, too. I highly recommend becoming his patient.”

“If I could give this place negative stars, i would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer/patient service. Elizabeth Vidales is my “doctor”. She originally prescribed a specific medication that i need daily (medication for depression and anxiety that she KNOWS I need and that is night and day difference if i am not on it). A month ago, I ran out of refills so i submitted for the pharmacy to call the dr. They did and Elizabeth said she needed to see me before she could prescribe it. So i said okay and tried to make an appointment but they only had 1 month out available. So i made the appointment and asked for a temporary refill to get me through until my appointment. Long story short, i ran out of meds and went a week and a half without because Elizabeth wrote the prescription incorrectly and required a prior authorization. Had she written it correctly, it would’ve been filled same day. I spent HOURS on the phone with them explaining that she just needed to write the prescription differently. Same medicine and dose, just needed to be written like she had originally written it where it didn’t require a prior authorization. They said they would call back with a resolution and never did. It took my husband calling them and threatening to contact an attorney for them to take action. Surprisingly, that same day the correct prescription was sent over and filled. I went to my appointment this past Friday, paid my copay, and very specifically asked for that same prescription written the correct way. Elizabeth said she understood and would send it in correctly that same day. As I’m leaving, i get handed my recap of the meds she prescribed. I noticed she wrote it wrong yet again. I walk back into the office to ask for them to fix it. They said they would send a message to the doctor. I said no because I already dealt with this a month ago and couldn’t go through it again because I only had a couple days of meds left and Monday is a holiday and they are closed. Office rep called the dr and guaranteed me that Elizabeth would fix it and call it in the correct way. I said okay. Well, She did not. I spoke to the pharmacy and found that she never called them. So i call them again on Tuesday to get it fixed. Same thing happens, they reassure that it would get fixed and understand the urgency and would call me back by end of day to confirm they sent it to the pharmacy. Again, Elizabeth never called me back and never called the pharmacy. So today, my husband took time out of his work day to go into the office and demand a resolution. They said they called and didn’t know what happened and that they would send Elizabeth a message and call us back. My husband didn’t accept that and demanded it get fixed or we would contact our attorney because i am now out of medication again due to their incompetence and negligence. Again, surprisingly it was fixed after that. They finally called and sent it in the correct way. Other patients in the office said they struggled with the same thing on a regular basis. This is 100% unacceptable. It’s a medication that she has prescribed and acknowledged i need but they are just too lazy to do their job correctly. Oh but they’ll take their copay right away, no issues. Needless to say, i am never going back and will review this place and “doctor” Elizabeth Vidales everywhere I can. And that’s not even talking about the other medication she said would get me a replacement for since my pharmacy was no longer carrying it. She did nothing for that one and i have just given up on that. I rather struggle to breathe than deal with this incompetent office and “doctors”. Absolutely terrible place. Terrible doctor. Elizabeth Vidales does not deserve to have a job as a doctor and doesn’t care about her patients. Literally does not care. Avoid it at all costs.”

“I changed my insurance so I had to change providers for my primary. I was scheduled for an appointment with NP Susan Gerold-Terraza I was so impressed with the care and quality she provided she was very compassionate. The location was clean and the front desk was very customer service oriented, this is a to go place for ur medical needs. I was surprised by the low ratings because it should have had a higher score. The location has lots of parking and it's located by the Fry's shopping center Stapley and Mckellips .”
